We aim to help you get the right part the first time. Because many medical spare parts are sterile, serialized, or special-order, returns are limited. We will always work with you toward a fair resolution.

1) Return eligibility
- New & unused items may be returnable by prior RMA approval.
- Non-returnable (unless defective or agreed in writing):
- Custom/special-order items; made-to-order configurations
- Opened sterile packaging or tamper-evident seals broken
- Electronic parts that have been installed, programmed, or energized
- Software/firmware, calibration gases/chemicals, temperature-controlled goods
- Items without original packaging, labels, accessories or missing serial numbers
2) RMA process
- Email support@partsformed.com with your order number, part number(s), serial numbers (if any), and reason for return.
- We will advise eligibility and issue an RMA number and return instructions where applicable.
- Return the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly shown on the box. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
3) Timeframes
- Request window: contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery for return consideration.
- Defective on arrival (DOA): report within 7 calendar days of delivery.
4) Condition & inspection
- Returned items must arrive unused, undamaged, and complete. We reserve the right to test and inspect returns. Items failing inspection may be returned to you or subject to repair/handling fees.
5) Restocking & fees
- A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns (typically 15–25% depending on item type and supplier policy) plus any non-recoverable costs (original outbound shipping, testing, and repacking).
6) Shipping costs for returns
- Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund upon request (where available).
7) Refund method & timing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Bank transfers: typically 5–10 business days after we issue the credit; processing times vary by bank and country.
- We cannot refund to a different payer or method than originally used.
8) Exchanges
- Where stock allows, we can process exchanges via a new order and credit the returned item upon inspection.
9) Incorrect items / shortages
- If you receive the wrong item or a shortage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it promptly.
