Shipping & Delivery Policy
1) Order processing
- Order flow: Orders placed on the Site are reviewed by our team. We verify availability, confirm the lead time and shipping options, then email a formal invoice with the total payable amount.
- Processing time:
- In stock: dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Backorder: typically 1–3 weeks (subject to supplier stock and logistics).
- Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier and carrier conditions, export paperwork, or peak seasons.
2) Shipping methods & carriers
- We ship globally via major express couriers and freight forwarders.
- Services include express parcel, economy parcel, and freight (air/sea) depending on weight/volume and destination.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
3) Shipping cost & calculation
- Calculated manually: Shipping costs are based on weight/volume, destination, service level and any special handling. The final shipping amount appears on your invoice before payment.
- Real-time checkout rates: Coming soon. Until then, contact us for quotes.
4) Incoterms, taxes & duties
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, international orders are shipped under Incoterms CPT/CIP (or FCA/FOB for freight).
- Taxes, duties and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm DDP in writing. Your local carrier or customs broker may contact you for payment of import charges.
5) Address accuracy & delivery issues
- Please provide a complete commercial street address and recipient contact details. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes in most countries.
- Address corrections or redirections after dispatch may incur additional fees charged by the carrier.
6) Risk of loss & title
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the first carrier (unless shipped DDP or as otherwise agreed). Title passes upon full payment, subject to local law.
7) Packaging & special handling
- Parts are packed to manufacturer or equivalent standards. Temperature-controlled or hazardous items (if applicable) may require specific services and lead times.
8) Delivery inspection & damage in transit
- Inspect packages upon receipt. If damage or shortages are discovered, notify us within 48 hours and keep all packaging for carrier inspection. We will assist with claims and replacements where applicable.
9) Split shipments & partial deliveries
- To reduce delays, we may ship available items first and backordered items later, unless you instruct us otherwise.
10) Export control & restrictions
- We comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. We may cancel or hold orders to restricted destinations or parties.
